How long do I have to engage in counselling for?
This depends on the presenting issue, therapy could go for roughly 6-12Â weeks. However, if the concern is a complicated, long-standing one, this may take longer.
What are your payment options?
We currently accept online payments by credit card (Stripe)Â or direct deposit. We currently do not accept Medicare.
What is your cancellation policy?
If cancellations occur 24 hours or less to the appointment time, a 50% charge will apply.
Do you offer services for children?
Yes, we offer services for all age groups, including children, adolescents, adults, and families.
Do I need a referral?
You do not need a referral, you can refer yourself. We accept referrals from other service providers.
How soon can I get an appointment?
We have no waitlists and you can book an appointment within 1-2 business days.
How much is a session?
Pricing Depends on session length, and type of service provided. Please get in contact with us for pricing.
Will you listen to me?
We believe that listening to our clients is one of the most important parts of what we do. We do not simply tell you what to do, we help you to solve your own problems and make your own decisions through a strong therapeutic alliance and evidence-based practice.
What can I expect from our first session?
The first session will be getting to know you holistically, what's happening for you, what has brought you to counselling or behaviour therapy. We work to understand your goals and what's important to you. We will also answer any questions you may have.
What are your opening hours?
We are open Monday to Friday from 9am to 7pm and Saturdays from 9am to 5pm.
What areas do you service?
We offer counselling and behaviour therapy online, Australia wide.
Are the sessions confidential?
Yes, no information will be shared outside of the session. Any notes that are taken will be kept secured. You can have access to your notes at any time.
